{"id":150,"date":"2014-03-18T13:27:23","date_gmt":"2014-03-18T13:27:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/the7.dream-demo.com\/business\/?p=150"},"modified":"2023-06-27T15:19:57","modified_gmt":"2023-06-27T13:19:57","slug":"pral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eaukey.com\/index.php\/2014\/03\/18\/pral\/","title":{"rendered":"Qu\u2019est ce que le PRAL ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Le PRAL (de l\u2019anglais <strong>P<\/strong>otential <strong>R<\/strong>enal <strong>A<\/strong>cid <strong>L<\/strong>oad en fran\u00e7ais\u00a0charge acide r\u00e9nale potentielle) est un indice d\u2019acidit\u00e9 ou d\u2019alcalinit\u00e9 des aliments, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire de leur effet acide ou base sur l\u2019organisme.<\/h3>\n<p>Ce sont les min\u00e9raux contenus dans les aliments qui d\u00e9terminent ces caract\u00e9ristiques : les l\u00e9gumes, par exemple, combinent une bonne teneur en calcium, magn\u00e9sium, sodium et potassium (min\u00e9raux basiques) \u00e0 une faible teneur en chlore, soufre et phosphore (min\u00e9raux acides).<\/p>\n<p>Plus simplement, les aliments riches en prot\u00e9ines, tels que les viandes et les fromages, ainsi que les produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers sont acidifiants. Les fruits et les l\u00e9gumes peuvent \u00eatre des aliments alcalifiants ou basiques.<\/p>\n<p>Un indice <strong>sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0<\/strong> <strong>z\u00e9ro<\/strong> indique un aliment <strong>acidifiant<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Exemple\u00a0: beurre\u00a0\u00a0 0.6 donc acidifiant<br \/>\nUn indice <strong>n\u00e9gatif <\/strong>indique un aliment <strong>alcalifiant<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 Exemple\u00a0: jus de pomme\u00a0 -2.2<\/p>\n<p>Notez que l\u2019acidit\u00e9 d\u2019un aliment n\u2019a rien \u00e0 voir avec le pH r\u00e9el de la nourriture elle-m\u00eame. Par exemple, les citrons sont tr\u00e8s acides, mais les r\u00e9sidus qu\u2019ils produisent apr\u00e8s la digestion et l\u2019assimilation sont tr\u00e8s alcalins, donc les citrons sont alcalifiants dans l\u2019organisme. De m\u00eame, la viande montre un pH alcalin avant la digestion, mais laisse un r\u00e9sidu tr\u00e8s acide dans le corps apr\u00e8s la digestion, donc la viande est tr\u00e8s acidifiante.<\/p>\n<h3>Liste de quelques aliments avec leur indice PRAL.
