Nota\u00a0: loin devant l\u2019eau du robinet, les produits alimentaires constituent la principale source d\u2019exposition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aluminium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rence de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sence d\u2019aluminium peut \u00eatre d\u2019origine naturelle, mais le plus souvent elle r\u00e9sulte de l\u2019ajout volontaire de sels d\u2019aluminium utilis\u00e9s pour rendre limpides des eaux naturellement troubles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Antimoine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Limite de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une origine naturelle, mais il peut \u00e9galement provenir des pollutions industrielles. Une exposition chronique \u00e0 l\u2019antimoine peut se traduire par une irritation au niveau ORL.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arsenic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Limite de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sence d\u2019arsenic dans l\u2019eau est essentiellement d\u2019origine naturelle, car celui-ci est pr\u00e9sent dans les roches anciennes ou volcaniques (Massif central, Vosges&#8230;). L&rsquo;arsenic est toxique par effet cumulatif, il peut entra\u00eener des cancers de la peau et des cancers internes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Azote ammoniacal (ammonium)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rence de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il peut \u00eatre apport\u00e9 par les engrais agricoles ou les eaux us\u00e9es. Il est susceptible d\u2019engendrer des troubles intestinaux passagers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>B<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Baryum<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Limite de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Naturellement pr\u00e9sent en faibles quantit\u00e9s dans certaines roches, \u00e0 fortes doses il peut provoquer des maladies cardio-vasculaires et des paralysies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benz\u00e8ne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Limite de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Polluant industriel toxique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bore<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Limite de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Polluant d\u2019origine industrielle, agricole et des eaux us\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bromates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Limite de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les bromates sont des sels du brome, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment chimique tr\u00e8s toxique pour les organismes aquatiques. Ils seraient susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019origine de cancers des reins. Ils peuvent appara\u00eetre lors du processus de potabilisation de l\u2019eau, soit lorsqu\u2019une eau contenant d\u00e9j\u00e0 du brome est d\u00e9sinfect\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ozone, soit parce que l\u2019eau de Javel en contient.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cadmium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Limite de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Polluant d\u2019origine industrielle, agricole et des eaux us\u00e9es. Il est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 en plomberie. Son accumulation dans l\u2019organisme peut \u00eatre notamment \u00e0 l\u2019origine d\u2019affection des reins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chlorites<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rence de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Compos\u00e9s form\u00e9s lors de l&rsquo;utilisation de chlore pour la d\u00e9sinfection de l&rsquo;eau potable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chlorure de vinyle <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Limite de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le chlorure de vinyle est class\u00e9 canc\u00e9rog\u00e8ne certain pour l\u2019homme et constitue un facteur de risque pour le cancer du foie. C\u2019est un composant du PVC utilis\u00e9 pour les canalisations. Sa pr\u00e9sence dans l\u2019eau est due \u00e0 certains PVC de mauvaise qualit\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s avant les ann\u00e9es 1980.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chlorures<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rence de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9sents dans toutes les eaux sous formes de sels min\u00e9raux, \u00e0 forte concentration, ils peuvent conf\u00e9rer un go\u00fbt particulier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coloration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rence de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019eau peut \u00eatre color\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sence naturelle d\u2019oxydes de fer, de mangan\u00e8se ou encore de mati\u00e8res organiques dissoutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuivre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Limite ou r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de qualit\u00e9 selon la teneur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une exposition au cuivre \u00e0 long terme est susceptible de provoquer des irritations du nez, de la bouche ou des yeux. Sa pr\u00e9sence dans l\u2019eau provient de la corrosion des canalisations, notamment par des eaux agressives (trop douces et trop acides).<\/p>\n<p><strong>E<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Eau acide\/eau alcaline<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rence de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce param\u00e8tre est directement li\u00e9 \u00e0 la nature du sous-sol\u00a0: en r\u00e9gions granitiques les eaux sont acides, alors qu\u2019en r\u00e9gions calcaires elles sont alcalines. Une eau \u00e0 la fois acide et peu min\u00e9ralis\u00e9e est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme agressive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eau faiblement\/tr\u00e8s min\u00e9ralis\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rence de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La min\u00e9ralisation traduit la richesse de l\u2019eau en sels min\u00e9raux d\u2019origine naturelle. Une eau faiblement min\u00e9ralis\u00e9e (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9e douce) peut \u00eatre corrosive pour les canalisations et les appareils de chauffage et entra\u00eener une dissolution des m\u00e9taux toxiques comme le plomb. Si cette eau est en outre acide, elle est alors consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme agressive car elle peut attaquer les canalisations (plomb, cuivre, zinc). \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, une eau trop min\u00e9ralis\u00e9e (souvent appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0calcaire\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0eau dure\u00a0\u00bb) peut \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts et d\u2019entartrage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eau trouble<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Limite de qualit\u00e9 ou r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de qualit\u00e9 selon le niveau<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Due aux mati\u00e8res en suspension\u00a0: argiles, particules organiques&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9pichlorhydrine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Limite de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mat\u00e9riau pr\u00e9sent dans les canalisations d\u2019eau, \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 pour l\u2019\u00e9puration de l\u2019eau potable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rence de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sence de fer dans l\u2019eau est majoritairement d\u2019origine naturelle lorsqu\u2019il est pr\u00e9sent dans les roches. Dans certains cas, sa pr\u00e9sence peut \u00eatre due \u00e0 la corrosion des canalisations. Il ne pr\u00e9sente pas de toxicit\u00e9, par contre il peut \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019origine de colorations de l\u2019eau ou de go\u00fbts d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fluor (fluorures)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Limite de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sa pr\u00e9sence peut avoir une origine naturelle, ou r\u00e9sulter des pollutions agricoles (engrais phosphat\u00e9s) ou industrielles. Un exc\u00e8s de fluor peut provoquer des probl\u00e8mes au niveau de l\u2019\u00e9mail dentaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>H<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques (HAP)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Limite de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ces compos\u00e9s toxiques sont produits lors des combustions. Ils peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents dans les canalisations anciennes imperm\u00e9abilis\u00e9es au bitume.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mangan\u00e8se<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rence de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le mangan\u00e8se est naturellement pr\u00e9sent dans les roches au contact de l\u2019eau. Il ne semble pas pr\u00e9senter de toxicit\u00e9, en revanche il peut donner une coloration et un go\u00fbt m\u00e9tallique \u00e0 l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mati\u00e8res organiques<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rence de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les mati\u00e8res organiques sont issues du lessivage des sols ou des rejets agricoles et urbains.
