{"id":2768,"date":"2018-03-21T19:19:20","date_gmt":"2018-03-21T18:19:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eaukey.com\/?p=2768"},"modified":"2023-11-04T13:12:32","modified_gmt":"2023-11-04T11:12:32","slug":"mineraux-organiques-inorganiques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eaukey.com\/index.php\/2018\/03\/21\/mineraux-organiques-inorganiques\/","title":{"rendered":"Sel min\u00e9ral organique ou inorganique"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Comment faire la distinction entre un sel min\u00e9ral organique et inorganique?<\/h3>\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;on conna\u00eet la formule mol\u00e9culaire d&rsquo;un sel min\u00e9ral, on peut savoir s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de sel min\u00e9ral organique ou inorganique. Dans le cas d&rsquo;un sel organique, cette formule contient du carbone, de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, de l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne plus le min\u00e9ral en question. Ainsi, par exemple, le gluconate de calcium contient 12 atomes de carbone, 22 atomes d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, 14 atomes d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne et un atome de calcium.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas d&rsquo;un sel inorganique, comme par exemple le carbonate de calcium, on trouve un atome de carbone, trois atomes d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne et un atome de calcium.<\/p>\n<p>Deux observations doivent \u00eatre faites ici. D&rsquo;abord, on ne trouve pas les trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments de base que sont le <strong>carbone<\/strong>, l&rsquo;<strong>hydrog\u00e8ne<\/strong> et l&rsquo;<strong>oxyg\u00e8ne<\/strong>. Dans le cas du carbonate de calcium, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne qui manque. En second lieu, la mol\u00e9cule de carbonate de calcium est beaucoup plus petite que la mol\u00e9cule de gluconate de calcium. Cette derni\u00e8re caract\u00e9ristique se retrouve dans toutes les mol\u00e9cules de sels min\u00e9raux inorganiques.<\/p>\n<p>Pour conna\u00eetre les formules mol\u00e9culaires d&rsquo;un sel min\u00e9ral, il faut consulter des ouvrages sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s comme le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.manuelmerck.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Merck Index<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe un autre moyen pour distinguer un sel min\u00e9ral organique d&rsquo;un sel inorganique. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;analyser attentivement le nom de ces sels. Quand le nom d&rsquo;un sel se rapporte directement \u00e0 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment simple, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un sel inorganique. Par exemple, l&rsquo;expression sulfate de fer se rapporte au soufre. Comme le soufre est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment simple (que l&rsquo;on trouve dans le<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alloprof.qc.ca\/fr\/eleves\/bv\/sciences\/le-tableau-periodique-des-elements-s1118\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> tableau de la classification p\u00e9riodique des \u00e9l\u00e9ments<\/a>), le sulfate de fer est donc un sel inorganique.<\/p>\n<p>Deux autres exemples d&rsquo;un sel inorganique: le chlorure de calcium et l&rsquo;iodure de potassium. Le mot iodure se rapporte \u00e0 l&rsquo;iode. Ce dernier est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment simple. L&rsquo;iodure de potassium est donc un sel inorganique. Le chlorure de calcium est un autre sel inorganique. Le mot chlorure fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au chlore qui est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment simple.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas des sels organiques, cette r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment simple n&rsquo;existe pas. Le lactate de calcium, par exemple, est un sel organique parce que le mot lactate ne se rapporte pas \u00e0 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment simple. Il se rapporte plut\u00f4t au mot lactique. Le lactate de calcium est un sel de calcium de l&rsquo;acide lactique. Ce dernier acide est lui-m\u00eame un acide organique.<\/p>\n<p>Autre exemple: le citrate de magn\u00e9sium. Le mot citrate ne se rapporte pas \u00e0 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment simple. Il fait plut\u00f4t r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au mot citrique. C&rsquo;est un sel de magn\u00e9sium de l&rsquo;acide citrique. Cet acide est lui-m\u00eame un acide organique. En appliquant cette m\u00e9thode, il est possible de faire la distinction entre les sels organiques et les sels inorganiques.
